Howie's Heart is proud to join The Hance Family Foundation in offering Beautiful Me workshops for girls and women of all ages. When we feel good about ourselves, we can support others more effectively and build stronger, more meaningful, connections.
​
Beautiful Me is an educational, self-esteem program, designed to enhance self-esteem, increase positive body awareness, improve problem-solving, and help build healthy relationship skills for girls and women.
Workshops offered through Howie's Heart, combine traditional Beautiful Me activities and discussions with meaningful opportunities for community service. There is no charge for participation. We encourage you to reach out to us, if you are interested in setting up a Beautiful Me workshop for your school, organization, community, family or group of friends.
